KENYA
Kenya terrain includes deserts, mountain forests, and dazzling beaches. Kenya safaris allow viewing of every type of African plains animal. There are many unusual National parks and reserves. Visit Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage to watch baby elephants play. Thousands of pink flamingos line the edges of the late at Lake Nakuro National Park. TANZANIA

UGANDA
Uganda is the place to watch rare mountain gorillas. Several gorilla troops exist. Gorilla tracking safaris are available, although they should be booked well in advance of your trip due to limited availability. Uganda's beauty is remarkable due to its wide variety. In Uganda you will see a mixture of East African savannah meeting West African jungle. There are over 10 national parks and 10 more wildlife reserves allowing visitors to see animals in their natural environment. Try a trekking safari, no jeep convoys or paved roads. Entebbe is situated on the shores of Lake Victoria, the second largest freshwater lake in the Africa. Visit Owens Falls Dam, in Jinja, to see the source of the Nile River.
