occur in credit card processing causing us to delay ticket issuance your fare could increase. Airfares
are not guaranteed until ticket issuance. If your ticket must be issued as paper ticket, you will

How do I add an Infant to my reservation?
What do I need to know?

sit upon the lap of an adult passenger (a lap child) at a reduced fee. An infant may occupy a
seat at a discounted child’s fare.
A CHILD is considered a person 2 – 11 years of age for the entire travel period. A child must
occupy a seat. Each airline offers varying reduced child airfares with a variety of conditions.
Many airlines only allow 1 child discount for every adult passenger. Two children may not
occupy one seat.
For US domestic flights an infant does not require a ticket. It is always advisable to advise
the airline that you are traveling with an infant. Please advise our office, or the airline directly,
if you are traveling with an infant.
For International flights an infant must have an airline ticket, at a reduced infant rate. The infant
date of birth is required information that must be entered in the airline record. Please contact our
offices at: 877-676-1300 to advise.
Unfortunately, due to the variety of airline restrictions, infants cannot be booked online. They
may only be added to an existing record.

I received my booking confirmation. Why are
the taxes so high?
Taxes vary based upon the airline flown and the cities you are traveling between.
Flights within the U.S., and U.S. Territories, include the domestic U.S. government percentage
based taxes, currently 7.5%, fuel surcharges that vary based on fuel prices, a September 11th
security fee, and passenger facility charges.
International taxes, security fees, and fuel surcharges are approximately $180-$360 per person for
most destinations. Travel to Africa may be as much as $400-500 per ticket. Taxes vary by airline
and destination.
All travel taxes, surcharges, and service fees are included in the ticket price displayed on our website.
